Water Heater Replacement in Bellevue, WA

When our technician arrived to a job for a water heater, he discovered the system was old and due for replacement. The inside jacket of the tank had begun to rust, there was damage seen around the body of the tank, and there was no thermal expansion tank to help absorb the pressures of heating water.

Sam Jr. drained the device, removed the old system, and installed a new 50 gallon professional grade water heater with expansion tank. He also updated the connections, and installed seismic straps for safety. After installation, Sam Jr. made sure to test extensively for leaks and made sure it was functioning properly. He also left the customer with helpful information on maintenance and upkeep to keep the water heater healthy and working for a long time!
