Administrative Assistant / Recruiter Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative / Recruiter Coordinator to join our dynamic team. We are a fast pace/growing company in West Seattle with over 70 employees. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by assisting in various administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Duties

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms and managing candidate applications.
  • Conduct initial screenings of applicants to determine qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within our applicant tracking system.
  • Onboarding/Exit - You will work with the new hires to create a positive onboarding experience!
  • Benefits - Manage benefits and assist employees with signing up
  • Company Culture - Produce our company newsletters, coordinate company functions, put together welcome packages, swag etc.
  • Provide clerical support including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized recruitment files.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries and providing updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Track Plumber Licenses. Assist with LNI and ESD claims management
  • Support front desk operations as needed, including managing phone systems and greeting visitors.

Experience

  • Previous recruiting coordinator experience
  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred; experience as a personal assistant or front desk clerk is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate professionally over the phone and in writing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected Hours: No less than 40 per week
